In addition to new furnace packages, we can also offer customers our transformer + our rectifier + our hydraulics and control unit so that it is connected to the customer's old electric arc furnace.
In some cases, just our rectifier is enough, the customer's old transformer can be left in operation. Then the customer's furnace becomes a super plasma furnace and the furnace rods operate with our technology. Then that furnace can directly melt (recycle) any metal-containing material and metal-containing (toxic) waste, e.g. moistened converter sludge, red mud, industrial chimney filter dust, e-waste, batteries, catalysts, nickel pellets, chromium-nickel dust, iron ore directly, chromium ore directly, etc.
Of course, ordinary recycled metal can also be melted, which does not require such super technology. It is also possible to produce extremely hard and wear-resistant super cast iron, which is a completely new metal in the entire world and very inexpensive to produce (only possible with our technology).
