MaserCata Oy/Ltd aims to be the World's leading in plasma arc furnaces corporation!

MaserCata Oy/Ltd Company operations started back at 2018 when group of scientists and investors came together and started to develop new processing method for metals and improve materials to have better strength, improved wear, heat and chemical resistance and at the same time feasible to manufacture. Theories were put in the practise in different locations with trusted companies under strict confidentiality contracts to develop equipment, processes, and materials. After years of development technology and products were tested and refined and are ready to use. MaserCata Oy/Ltd was established on January 2018, at Finland, EU to market, manufacture, and service the products and technology globally. MaserCata Oy/Ltd maintains exclusive rights to a globally protected Plasma Arc Furnace technology, including more than forty (40+) granted patents in numerous countries relating to its revolutionary priority technology, with further patent applications continuously filed to preserve and enforce its intellectual property interests. Developed processing technology and equipment are new and unique. New materials and more efficient and economical ways to produce even the currently used materials were also developed. Great emphasis was put on environmental aspects, and as a result – methods used - create low emissions and utilise raw materials fully. It is possible to recover metals from materials that are considered waste. As matter of fact our MAZANASU series of furnaces can recover metals from material where metal content is low, metals are recovered with up to 99.5% efficiency. Furnace works also on sludges, and it is possible to process materials till 20% moisture content and with some special processes up to 70% moisture content material can be directly loaded into MAZANASU Special Plasma Arc Furnace (SPAF).
